Privacy Policy
Last updated: 02.06.2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Rudiq Inc. ("Rudiq", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal information in connection with rudiq.com(the "Site").
The Site is a public marketing website. There are no user accounts, no sign-up, and no login. We do not operate a user-facing application here, so the personal information we handle is limited — essentially what you send us through our contact form and a small amount of technical data collected automatically (described below).
This policy does not cover data processed inside the Rudiq platform products (SAFE, RAM, PAY) when we operate them for institutional clients. That processing is governed by the contract and data processing terms between Rudiq and the client.
1. Who we are
The entity responsible for the personal information described here (the "controller" under EU/UK data protection law) is:
- Legal entity: Rudiq Inc.
- Registered address: 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA
- Privacy contact: privacy@rudiq.com
We also have a presence in the United Kingdom (Kidderminster), the UAE, and Türkiye (İstanbul).
2. What information we collect
Contact form. When you use the "Talk to Us" form or email us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, business email, company, the region you select, the product you're interested in, and your message.
Technical and usage data. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs. We also set a first-party user identifier in a cookie (generated by your browser) that is strictly necessary for the Site to function and to recognize your browser across pages and visits. See the Cookie Policy for details.
We do notask for or knowingly collect special-category data (such as health or biometric data) through the Site — please don't submit it via our forms.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up with relevant information.
- To send you business communications you've asked for or that relate to our products.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and understand how it's used.
- To prevent abuse and security issues, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal bases (EU/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Consent — for non-essential cookies (including Google Analytics) and, where required, marketing emails. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, run and secure the Site, and conduct business-to-business outreach, where not overridden by your rights.
- Steps prior to a contract — when you contact us about working together.
- Legal obligation — where the law requires it.
5. Cookies
The Site uses a first-party user-identifier cookie and Google Analytics. Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent where required. Full details and how to manage your choices are in our Cookie Policy.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf — including DigitalOcean (hosting, Frankfurt/Germany region) and Google Analytics (website analytics) — under appropriate data-protection terms.
- Professional advisers (lawyers, auditors, accountants) where needed.
- Authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect our rights or users.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Where your data is stored and international transfers
The Site is hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure in the Frankfurt, Germany (FRA1) region, so the data we collect through the Site is stored in the European Union.
Some service providers may process limited data outside the EEA. In particular, Google Analytics may transfer data to Google in the United States, and Rudiq Inc. is a US-incorporated entity. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and — for transfers to the US — the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
8. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form information for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, and then delete or anonymize it. Google Analytics data is retained for the period configured in our analytics settings. We keep information longer only where the law requires.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
- EU/EEA and UK:rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR (in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office).
- Türkiye: rights under Law No. 6698 (KVKK), including applying to us and to the KVKK authority.
